How Dr. Edgar Payán Develops Your Treatment Plan
Dr. Payán first reviews your medical records, including your diagnosis and treatment history. He then meets with you for an appointment at CMN Hospital or, if you cannot meet with him in person, through a video consultation. This consultation helps him understand your present condition and discuss your treatment needs.
CMN Hospital is located just a few blocks across the San Luis, Arizona–San Luis, Mexico border, near Yuma, Arizona.
Before treatment begins, Dr. Payán considers your medical records, consultation, present health condition, laboratory findings, medications, and overall strength to develop your individualized treatment plan. Some patients arrive very weak physically, some have already been through extensive prior treatment, and others may need additional support or adjustments during care.
Throughout the 28-day inpatient program, Dr. Payán and his medical team pay close attention to how you are feeling and monitor your clinical response day by day. Therapies, supportive treatments, frequency, and dosages may be adjusted according to your tolerance, laboratory findings, and overall response. Patient safety is always Dr. Payán’s first priority.
The 28-day Advanced Cancer Treatment program may include therapies such as dendritic cell therapy, autologous bone marrow stem cell therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, intravenous nutrient therapy, ultraviolet blood irradiation, ozone-based therapies, nutraceutical support, supportive hospital services, daily greens and reds beverages, and organic non-GMO meals prepared according to patient preferences and dietary considerations, including sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, and the exclusion of beef and pork.
