Dr. Payan studied at Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo (UAEH) and The Mexican College of Emergency Medicine A.C., then furthered his education in alternative and integrative medicine. Founded by Dr. Raúl Héctor Payan, the Home for the Elderly, Sanchez Mejorda, provides a caring environment for elderly individuals who may not have family support. Located in Guadalajara, Mexico, the facility houses over 50 residents, offering round-the-clock care from trained professionals.
