Because every patient arrives with a different diagnosis, present health condition, medical history, medications, and treatment response, therapies, dosages, and frequency of administration are individualized and may be adjusted throughout treatment based upon ongoing physician evaluation, patient safety, laboratory monitoring including CBC testing, and clinical response during care.
