Carlos Cesar Ochoa Gaxiola, MD

Dr. Carlos Cesar Ochoa Gaxiola is a board-certified cardiothoracic surgeon certified by the National Council of Thoracic Surgery. He is also an active member of several professional organizations, including the Latin American Association of Thoracics and the Sociedad Mexicana de Neumología y Cirugía de Tórax.

Education & Surgical Training

Dr. Ochoa earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California before completing his General Surgery residency at Hospital General del Estado in Hermosillo, Sonora. He later completed an advanced fellowship in Thoracic Surgery at the Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Respiratorias, where he received specialized training in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of diseases affecting the chest and lungs.
